How I work
I've been consulting since 2016, and I'm grateful that nearly all of it has been referred. Much of it is for nonprofits, small businesses, and small teams.
I pride myself on a client-centered practice, informed by my ICF-accredited coach training. There's never any need to rush. We go at your pace, so you learn whatever you want to learn and still end up with the finished thing you came for.
And if you ask me for something I can't do, I'll tell you, then help you find the person who can.
